First of all, I ordered this in March with expected delivery in early May. I figured for a set of 12 (that is what was advertised when I bought them in March) it was a good deal and worth the wait. Well, I waited, and waited, and waited some more. When It hadn't arrived by June, I tried to cancel, but was told by Amazon that I couldn't as the package had already been shipped. The package finally arrived on July 23-- with ONE knob! The current description no longer says what the quantity is, but the header is definitely plural--several times (knobs=more than one). I tried to return it, and was informed that the deadline to return this item was more than a month before I received it. I would NEVER have paid $12.27+2.99 shipping for ONE knob. Not when I could have ordered anther set of 12 glass knobs, not the same, but pretty close for $18 and received them in two days. Very, very unhappy id putting it mildly. I will not buy from this seller again, nor will anyone I know.
